Our Concierge or Intermediary Service is among our top-selling services. In simpler terms, this service ensures 100% safety when conducting online transactions. Whether you're buying or selling, if you have reservations about the other party, the seller can ship the item to us for a thorough inspection, verifying its authenticity and condition before the buyer makes payment.
The Concierge Service process is as follows:
1) The Buyer or Seller selects the Concierge service on our website and pays the associated fees. Both parties have the option to split the cost.
2) The Buyer or Seller emails the order number to info@zekosauthentication.com, copying the other party in the correspondence.
3) The Seller sends a detailed description of the item, including its condition, and any accessories that are included (such as dustbags, cards, boxes, etc.). Clear, close-up photographs of every side of the item, including the serial number, are also required.
4) The Seller ships the item, with signature confirmation required, to the following address: Zeko's Authentication 9257 Culebra Rd. San Antonio, TX 78251
5) The Seller emails info@zekosauthentication.com, copying the other party, with a photograph of the shipping label and a copy of the receipt with tracking information.
6) The item will be inspected for authenticity and true condition.
7) If the item passes inspection, the Buyer pays the Seller in cash only, using a payment method such as Zelle, Bank Wire, Money Gram, Western Union, etc. PayPal and Venmo are not accepted as they can be reversed with a chargeback.
8) The Seller confirms receipt of full payment by emailing info@zekosauthentication.com and copying the Buyer.
9) The Buyer sends an email with their shipping address, name, and phone number to whom the item is being shipped, or can send a pre-paid label. Shipping fees are not included in the $200 fee. If Zeko's Authentication ships it, an invoice will be sent to the Buyer or Seller.
10) Customs fees (if applicable) incurred by shipping outside of the United States are not the responsibility of Zeko's Authentication.
11) All communications must include both the Buyer and Seller for complete transparency. The entire transaction occurs via email only with no exceptions.
