How It Works

Email Us: Send an email to info@zekosauthentication.com with pictures of the item you wish to sell and a description of its true condition, including what is included with the item.

Get a Quote: You’ll receive an estimated quote for the item.

Accept the Quote: If you agree to the quote, you’ll be instructed to ship the bag to us.

Inspection: Upon receiving the bag, we will inspect it to ensure it matches the description provided.
- Listing: Your item will be listed on our website and social media accounts for potential buyers.
6. payout: Once your bag finds its new owner, we handle every step of the transaction with the utmost care and precision. From securing the buyer’s payment to releasing your funds, the process typically takes 1–2 weeks, depending on the payment method used.
Your payout is delivered via PayPal (Friends and Family) for instant access to your funds—no PayPal fees, no delays. The only deduction is our flat $300 service fee, ensuring complete transparency with no hidden costs.
Service Fee
Our fee is a flat $300, deducted after the sale is completed.
This fee covers the following:
- Full condition inspection
- Authentication
- Photography
- Marketing and Listing the item on our website and social media pages.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are not included in the $300 fee. If the owner of the bag needs a prepaid shipping label to ship the bag to us we can do that but an invoice will be sent.
Customs Fees
Any customs fees (if applicable) for international shipping are not the responsibility of Zeko’s Authentication.
Cancellation Policy
We work quickly to get your bag in front of the right buyers and aim for a fast sale. Once your bag is listed and actively marketed, you are free to leave it with us as long as you wish.
If you decide to have the bag returned within the first two months of listing, there is a $500 early withdrawal fee to cover the preparation, authentication, condition inspection, marketing, and listing work already completed.
If you choose to cancel after two months (and the bag hasn’t sold), the cancellation fee is reduced to $200.
In either case, the bag will be shipped back to the original address, and the seller is responsible for return shipping costs.
We will not lower your bag’s price without your approval—if you wish to adjust the price at any time, simply let us know.
