Our authentication procedure is straightforward. Initiate a request via our website, select the service you require, and you will be issued an order number. You will also receive an email from our support team with instructions and links to example photos for the required images. These images can be submitted to us through email at support@zekosauthentication.com or via WhatsApp at +1 863-266-1720. Upon receiving all the necessary photos, Zeko will issue the findings either with a green certificate for authentic items or, unfortunately, a red certificate for counterfeit items in a PDF document via email, which you may print or save.
Selecting the right service depends on the age of your bag and your specific needs. For bags dated from June 2021 with a microchip (the authenticity code is engraved on a metal chip plaque), you can pick the RFID Chipped Service. For older bags with a hologram sticker or vintage, you can pick the Non-Chipped Services.

Should you face refusal for a refund on a counterfeit purchase made via credit card or PayPal, we will support your claim for a full refund with our detailed report.
Indeed, our certificates are globally recognized by credit card issuers, and we also provide documentation for insurance claims, servicing spas, law enforcement, banking disputes, and legal proceedings.
If your order has already been processed to some extent, we offer a choice between a 50% refund of your fee or a credit towards your next service. Alternatively, you might opt for an in-house inspection should photo submission prove difficult. Please note once we receive your pictures, the job has started.
In instances where authentication cannot proceed, it is mainly due to two reasons: either insufficient or unclear photos, or the bag exhibiting an extreme number of flaws. If authentication cannot be completed due to photography issues, we offer a 50% refund of the original payment or can continue working with you until you provide the necessary images. You also have the option to send the bag to us for an in-house inspection at no additional charge, though shipping costs (both ways) are not included. However, if authentication cannot proceed because the bag has too many flaws or questionable details, we will issue a full refund, as the cancellation would be from our side, not yours.
Upon determining your bag as counterfeit, you will receive a comprehensive report detailing the reasons.
