Refund Policy
Order Initiation: Once we begin working on the pictures you've submitted, your order is officially in process.
Cancellation Policy: If you choose to cancel at this stage, we will refund 50% of the fee. Alternatively, you can opt to retain the credit for your next request, valid for one month.
In-House Inspection: In case you are unable to provide the required pictures, we can conduct an in-house inspection. However, please note that the costs associated with shipping to and from our location will not be covered by us.
Order Cancellation Deadline: If you haven't sent us any pictures within 24 business hours, you have the option to cancel your order. Just let us know if you prefer a refund or store credit, and we will process it for you.
