Zekos Authentication Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refunds, Cancellations, or Modifications Policy
1. Refunds will only be granted if the Client submits a written email requesting a formal cancellation prior to the commencement of the authentication process, within 6 hours of submitting the request on our website.
2. Once an email confirming that your order is being processed and requesting additional pictures is received, no refund will be issued, as work has already commenced on your order.
3. No refunds will be issued once services have been provided. Clients have up to one month to submit all required pictures for authentication. Failure to do so within this timeframe will require the submission of a new request.
1. Refunds are eligible only if authentication results are issued beyond our guaranteed 24 business hours turnaround time for authentication.
Please note: The authentication turnaround time begins upon the submission of all complete pictures required for authentication, not from the time the payment was completed.
In cases where we are unable to determine the authenticity of your item, we will provide a full refund or offer a store credit, according to the preference of the client.
