Zekos Authentication Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refunds, Cancellations or Modifications
1. Refunds will only be issued in cases where the Client sends a written email prior to the start of the authentication requesting a formal cancellation up to 6 hours from submitting the request on the website.
2. Once you receive an email stating that your order is being worked on and asked to provide more pictures there will be no refund issued as your order has been worked on already.
3. Once services have been rendered, no refunds will be issued. You have up to one month to send all pictures, after that you will need to submit a new request.
1. Refunds are issued only in cases where authentication results were issued post our guaranteed 24 business hours turnaround time for authentication.
Please note -
The authentication turnaround time begins when all complete pictures required for authentication have been submitted, not from the time the payment was completed.
If we are unable to determine the authenticity of your item, we will issue a full refund or a store credit (client preference).
