Leather comparison of fake and genuine Chanel.

Here is a comparison between two interior linings of two classic flaps. One is AUTHENTIC, and one is a COUNTERFEIT. The one on the left is the authentic one. You can see the grains are very visible. The grains are the hair follicles of the animal skin. The interior lining on the right is for a good fake. The leather is made of leftover scraps of genuine leather in the tannery mixed with fake leather (polyurethane ). They bonded it together and made what’s called bonded leather. I need to mention that some vintage bags are lined with this type of leather, usually the ones that were made in Italy.
